Eligibility: As a user, you must be at least 18 years old and above, capable of forming a legally binding agreement to use Zinokart app.
Purpose of the App: As a user/customer, you may access services provided by Zinokart. Thus, you agree to use the app for legitimate purposes in compliance with all our privacy policies, other applicable laws, and regulations.
Registration: When signing up/registering to create an account on Zinokart, we require you to provide accurate and complete information. Hence, You become responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information, password, and other details.
Payment: The payments on purchasing/offering/using any services provided by Zinokart directly or indirectly via Zinokart Sellers or Delivery persons must be made through the app. As our customer/user, you agree to pay all charges associated with using our services.
Disclaimer of Warranties: Zinokart provides its app and services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant the app being error-free, uninterrupted, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of the information provided on our app.
Limitation of Liability: Zinokart will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or concerning your use of our app or services, though we have been informed of the chances of such damages.
Intellectual Property: The Zinokart app and all content on the app and across other social mediums handled by Zinokart, including text, captions, graphics, logos, videos, images, and software, are the assets of Zinokart or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
Privacy: Zinokart is committed to protecting your privacy. Our privacy policy clearly describes how we gather, use, and disclose, secure your personally identifiable information(PII). Using the Zinokart app, you consent to our data collection, usage, security, and disclosure of your PII as described in our privacy policy.
Termination: Zinokart hold absolute rights to terminate user access to the app or services at any time and for any reason.
Governing Law: All these terms and conditions will be governed by and construed by the laws of the state where Zinokart is based.
Changes to Terms and Conditions: Zinokart may modify these terms and conditions at any time. Your continuous usage of the Zinokart app after revisions implies, constitutes, and concludes your approval of the modified terms and conditions.
Following Provision 3 of the Zinokart Terms and Conditions, it is essential to note that using the Zinokart app must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including the Information Technology Act, 2000 (IT Act) of India.
Under the IT Act, electronic records and digital signatures are given legal recognition, and provisions are made for regulating electronic transactions and protecting electronic data. As a user of Zinokart, you agree to comply with all provisions of the IT Act and any other relevant laws and rules.
In particular, you agree not to engage in any activity that violates the IT Act, including but not limited to: unauthorized access to computer systems, networks, or data, the intentional or reckless transmission of computer viruses, malware, or other harmful software, identity theft or impersonation of others using electronic means, publishing or transmitting obscene material in electronic form, violation of copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property laws in electronic form, or any other activity that violates the provisions of the IT Act or any other applicable law or regulation.
Zinokart reserves the right to cooperate with law enforcement authorities and take legal action in response to any violation.
